送检标本的质量是否符合要求基于两个基本原则：①必须满足检测结果正确性的各项要求；②检测结果必须能真实、客观地反映患者当前病情。因此应尽可能避免一切干扰因素，因当这些干扰因素存在时，可以是影响检测结果的正确性，也可以是检验结果并不反映患者当前病情。所以“用不符合质量要求的标本进行检验，不如不进行这项检验”应该成为牢记的座右铭！
